I am not at all an expert on Indian traditional music, but when I first heard an earlier recording of these two master musicians playing together (an out-of-print record called "Ethereal Duet") I was completely hooked. "Duet" is unfortunately the only CD of Ali Akbar Khan and L. Subramaniam playing together that I could find in print/5(13).
